What does it cost to transport a powerboat?
There are many elements that impact the cost of transporting a powerboat. They key criteria are where you want to transport it to or from, and the size of the powerboat in question. The easiest way to get an accurate price is for you to submit a ‘Request a quote’ form on this website and one of our team will get back to you as soon as possible, usually within 24 hours.
Are there any limitations on size?
We are able to transport any powerboat that is suitable for transport on UK and European roads. Even if it requires an escort vehicle, we are able to organise that for you. The main consideration is that we are limited on a total height of less than 5 meters, but this is rarely a limitation for powerboats.
Are there any additional costs?
When we provide you with a quote, this will include all costs associated with the journey itself. You may also have additional costs with your chosen boatyard, as they will ned to lift your powerboat onto our trailers. Additionally, there may be costs associated with preparing your boat for transport (e.g. cleaning).
How do we prepare our powerboat for transport?
It’s very important that your powerboat hull is clean before it is transported. This saves contamination between the two locations. Additionally, everything on the boat deck needs to be safely stowed so it doesn’t move around during either lifting or transport.
